How It Works

Reach out the moment you realize you can't access your mailbox. The sooner you contact us the sooner we can get to you.
Quick Dispatch
Upon confirming your request for service we'll give you an accurate ETA based on google maps GPS and send a licensed locksmith to your location.
Please note - a $50 e transfer deposit may be required for any travel time greater than 20 minutes.
This is to guarantee our service and protect the business against cancellations when a technician has already been dispatched to your location.
This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount owing on your bill once the job is complete.

Upon arrival
Our technician will drill out your old mailbox lock and replace it with brand new hardware and a working set of keys without causing any damage to the mailbox itself.

Payment & Receipt
Once the job is done and you are satisfied with the work performed, we offer multiple payment options for your convenience.
We use the moneris system which accepts debit and all major credit cards. When payment is approved we will provide you with a basic print out receipt.
You may also pay by e-transfer or cash if you prefer. Upon request we can email a detailed invoice with a breakdown of costs and services.
