Whether the keys are lost, stuck in the lock or the hardware is not working properly, our licensed technicians will find a solution.
There are a multitude of door handles, levers and knobs on the market. Hardware designated as 'passage' does not have a locking component but 'privacy' and 'entrance' mechanisms do. A door can become locked unintentionally if the thumb turn or button is engaged and/or the keys are lost or have been left in the locked room.

In any case our approach begins with trying to slip the latch followed by raking and then leashe picking if necessary. In rare occasions drilling may be required if components have malfunctioned within the hardware itself. At Goldilocks we've seen it all and have the knowledge and tools to get the job done.

Quick Dispatch
Upon confirming your request for service we'll give you an accurate ETA based on google maps GPS and send a licensed locksmith to your location.
Please note - a $50 e transfer deposit may be required for any travel time greater than 20 minutes.
This is to guarantee our service and protect the business against cancellations when a technician has already been dispatched to your location.
This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount owing on your bill once the job is complete.

Upon arrival
Our technician wil unlock your door using specialized tools only available to licensed trade practitioners.

Payment & Receipt
Once the job is done and you are satisfied with the work performed, we accept e-transfer or cash for payment.
Upon request we can email a detailed invoice with a breakdown of costs and services.
